Auspex 1

  • Heightened Senses
    • Cost: None
    • Dicepool: None
    • Action: Instant
    • The acuity of Mio's senses are doubled, boosting both their range and clarity She may choose to boost only certain senses, to help tune out unwanted distractions. Some possible feats include eavesdropping on conversations from what would be out of earshot, perceiving minute details at great distances, or smelling slight hints of alcohol on someone's breath. Mio can see in complete darkness with this power active. If this power's active, sudden, unexpected stimuli force a Resolve roll, and failure indicates she's disoriented and unaware of her surroundings until the end of the following turn (presumably, this only effects the overloaded sense, so a loud noise would cause her unable to hear, but she could still see fine).

Vigor 2

Cost: 1 Vitae/scene
Action: Instant
Each dot of Vigor increases Mio's strength score by 1 (thus, she has Strength 5 for a scene when this power is active). She also adds her dots in vigor to the base distance she can jump, before multiplying by the successes rolled.

Obtenebration 2

  • Night Sight
    • Cost: 1 Vitae/scene
    • Dicepool: None
    • Action: Reflexive
    • Mio can see in complete darkness and therefore act at no penalty. She can also see through non-solid obstructions such as fog. In light, spirits cast shadows as if they were solid beings, and in darkness, they glow an eerie diffuse white.
  • Shadow Play
    • Cost: 1 Vitae/scene
    • Dicepool: Wits+Intimidation+Obtenebration
    • Roll Results
      • Dramatic Failure: The power fails, and cannot be used again until the next sunset.
      • Failure: Nothing happens.
      • Success: Mio may alter shadows in a 16 square-yard area, placed anywhere within line of sight. She may move the area as a reflexive action. If used in to conceal herself in the shadows, she gains a +2 bonus to stealth dicepools.
      • Exceptional Success: As a normal success, except the area is 25 square yards.

Clan and Bloodline Weaknesses

Clan: Mio takes an additional point of aggravated damage from fire and sunlight.
Bloodline: Any attempts to resist Rotschreck due to light are made at a -2 penalty.


  • Quick Draw - Mio can draw and attack with a melee weapon in the same turn, and incurs no defense penalty from doing so if the weapon is somehow hidden on her person.
  • Herd 1 - Mio gets +1 on all feeding rolls, because she has a few willing victims.
  • Trained Observer - Mio can ignore up to -3 penalties on Perception rolls.
  • Haven 2 - Mio has a place to hide from the sun.
  • Spetznas Knife Fighting
    • Anticipate Attack - Mio may substitute her Weaponry dots for her composure when calculating initiative, when using an edged or pointed weapon of size 2 or under.
    • Advantageous Angle - Mio knows how to feint and attack from unexpected angles. Normally, this isn't going to cause a problem, but she can trick an opponent into mounting a defense against an attack that isn't coming, and then stage an attack from a different angle. The foe's Defense is at -1 for such an attack.
      • Drawback This maneuver an only be used every other turn.
    • Vital Attack Attacks with a knife have Armor Piercing 1 and penalties to hit specific targets or body parts are reduced by one.
    • Slash and Stab Mio may make two attacks against the same target in a single action. the first is treated as normal ,but the second is at a -1 penalty.
      • Drawback Mio's defense is treated as being one less against the next attack.


  • Clothes, including an assortment of funny hats, a maid uniform, and a few other fetish outfits
  • Knives. Several of them. High-grade combat/utiltiy knives, balanced for throwing and usually hidden away on her person.
