Personality

Ilph has a highly inflaited sense of self due to talking of her noble heritage from her mother and her unique brand of magic. Talking generaly in a sing song tone to hide her true intent she tries to persuade, manipulate, threaten,or flirt the situation into something she finds more amusing or desirable because she dislikes being bored.

Apperence

Ilph is a Small, lith, waifish half elf with clear drow herritage that some will not notice that she is actauly half human. She has mid darkness skin that's a mix of tan and grey with hints of purple. Her hair long is an unusualy light shade of pink that is often kept in some sort of side pony tail or twin tail fashion and is never quite settled as what her hairstyle is. Her eyes are an Orange red with very reflective pupils usualy having some degree of retinal reflection. She is more endowed than her drow herritage woudl seemingly give but still is less than the average human, the fact that she's minisculally larger than her twin is all that matters to her in that regard. A mix of her drow exoticness, size, and personality get quite a few intersted in her.

Background and other things

Twin to Ethe Stange and claims to be the older one as well as being her mothers favorite. Takes a thrill in teasing her sister and genearly taking what she wants. ilph's power comes from some strange condition of her birth given that her mother has a connection with the ancient being inhabiting the inteligent sword. She is naturally as it is possible able to summon the black material and variants of it at will. Before this power was fully realized she had spent years learning swordfighting from her father though it didn't entirly stick though her natural and magical talents make up for it.

Math note blast is 2/r -2 so 14. Affliction is 1/r (base) + 1/r (range) - 1/r (limited degree) - 1/r (limited) - 2 so it is 1/2r as per partial rules resulting in 4-2. So the total cost is 14 + 2 + 5 = 21
Complication These weapons are summoned mundane (or at least innate supernatural) mateiral in the cases where magic isn't in the effect descriptor. However when the power is activated to summon the twin blades or use the alternate power to switch to any of the other Altnerate powers it woudl count as a magical descriptor for countering or detection. Cases can be made for bow of rain on a complication level.

*complication As pointed out the outfit is disenchantable/easly weakened by magic reducing effects, the quick change feature is even more so as it's not the primary form of the Divine Shroud. Ilph at least wears enough to keep modest as far as drow are concerned when it comes to the outfit disipating.

Complications

General

Poor impulse control : ilph lacks a key component of impulse control, when she sees something she wants or wants to do she'll gravitate towards doing it.

Half Drow : ilph is light sensative with unexpected bright lights causing negative effects such as dazed. she is also possibly socialy distrusted as she can only be noticed as a half drow under knowledgable scrutination otherwise is just thought of as a very lighter shade of drow.

Drowbo: Ilph belives that Drow culture is suprerior in all ways. She however hasn't quite gotten past the fact she can't get herself to wear all of drow fashion and blames her human heritage for embarsment, in reality people can't tell the differnce between her 'tame' drow clothes and the normal to extreme ones.

Motivation

Little sisters keeper : ilph is tasked with keeping Ethe alive through this little misadventure.

Power hungery : Inherited from both her parents ilph is always looking for knowledge of magic, high powered social connections, and artifacts.
