Anna is one of the oldest fliers around, a former civilian pilot who joined the her regional Air Squadron after an extremly attractive offer to pay for the collective tuition of her 7 siblings. She quickly took command of the Ace unit, the Aquila squadron, a crack shot team dedicated to elimating terrorist activity all over northern Spain. On one mission, her second in command, Aquila Two actually manged to retreat from battle, after he had confirmed the horrible truth about the rebel faction. They were children, some only 14 years old, flying mass produced craft from the former colonies. After that incident shook up Aquila squadron, they were disbanned, turned into an elite test unit, to make sure the newest weapons of the United Nations were ready and will to fight. A shocking incident occured several years back, when Aquila Two manged to steal the X-35 Prototype, taking it to parts unknown.
After a long court martial, Anna agreed to take desk leave, until the need for pilots brought the middle aged pilot back on the battlefield, to fight again, to win, and to find out what happened to Aquila Two. She promises to bring back a girls from the horrors of the EMA group, and to try t o forgive herself for unknowing killing that one pilot..
